This Lloyd Williams blouse is sleeveless, off the shoulder blouson, topped with a flouncy cape that hits just below the bust line with a lot of body and drama. Constructed of gold metallic thread and rayon. Neckline is trimmed in black velvet, with the blouses fullness above the fully lined black velvet waistband, really polish this look. Blouse goes over the head with plenty of room in the neckline, two hidden side snaps and 4 velvet covered buttons at the waist.
